Service Description

Whether your a home owner, potential buyer, landlord, business owner or the responsible person within an organisation, an EICR is essential to understand the condition of your electrical installation. An electrical installation condition report (EICR) ensures that you are not only complying with the law by having your electrical installation tested and inspected but that you have a detailed report on any factors that may impact on the safety of the electrical installation. We can also give you recommendations for upgrades to the installation.

Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy before booking our services. We appreciate that life has a habit of surprising all of us so we aim to be fair with our cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the start time we will issue a refund. If you cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start time we will issue a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to the start time we will not issue a refund.
